I love this pharmacy every employee including the pharmacist has been super helpful, kind, and just amazing. I was getting so tired of bigger pharmacies and they're ridiculous policies! These people make it so simple and always remember me! I once went back after 6 months and the pharmacist ask how I had been? He makes a point to know his patients, he's knows my illness and understands my struggle with it, it's so nice. He's given me great advice on supplements and how to save $ on them too! They gave us a Lil gift bag today for Christmas, which is just nice & makes u feel so appreciated. The last time I was there a tech ran out the door, I looked & there had been wreck out front, she assist the injured and the pharmacist just gave water to the woman who was shakin up after being hit. They are all around awesome I won't go anywhere else unless I have to here and there. Wish I lived closer.

I am so grateful for the compassionate care and efficient service I have received from Buckeye Pharmacy. When an issue arose with a courier (not at all the fault of the pharmacy) they were proactive in taking steps to get me my medication as swiftly as possible and without any cost or effort on my part. When you call Buckeye Pharmacy you will always speak to a real human being who is helpful, informed and will treat you with kindness and respect.

I love this place, the employees, and the services they provide at a very personal level. My 90 year old friend refused to use another pharmacy because of how well they take care of her!! Totally 5 or more stars!

I absolutely love Buckeye Pharmacy! They are always so kind and helpful with our family's prescriptions! Whenever we have a new one sent over they're great at calling to ensure accuracy and insurance coverage, they've helped us find coupons for savings and have always been so nice. We're in the process of switching all of our prescriptions there and refuse to use anybody else anymore.

I hope everyone goes to this pharmacy. It appears to be individually owned very nice employees, pretty rare to find a place like this nowadays especially in a city like West Columbus. I definitely recommend the staff was very kind, helped as they said when I called before to make sure I could get what I needed and be on my way home in a certain amount of time and they met that time. I also walked out without my ID. They were very concerned I guess tried to even run out in the parking lot which is pretty impressive given Columbus in the way it is. We found a very quick easy solution to get my identification back. You do not get this kind of service at a CVS or Walgreens. Thanks for the excellent service 5 stars!
